Content & Performance Analytics

We build the layer that explains what your content and your campaigns actually earn — statistical scoring against your own baseline, the DNA of what works, and every channel’s numbers in one place your team reads.

The problem

The problem with platform metrics

Every platform hands you numbers: views, likes, watch time, clicks, spend. None of them tell you why. Why this video took off and the same idea died a week later. Whether 80k views is a breakthrough for your account or just normal for its size. Which creative actually earns money once the platform’s own averages stop flattering it. And every ad manager shows its own slice in its own format — so the full picture lives nowhere, and teams steer by feel. The feel sits in one head; when that person is on vacation or gone, the strategy goes with them.

We turn that feel into a system.

What we build

Two pillars. Take one or both.

Content analytics
01

Cross-platform collection. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube — your accounts and your competitors’ — via APIs and custom scrapers, landing in one structured store.

02

Scoring that respects context. Every piece gets a statistical score measured against the account’s own baseline, inside its own age bracket — how that works is the section below.

03

Content DNA extraction. The confirmed winners get taken apart: hooks, retention patterns, pain/promise/CTA structure, montage, audio — into fields you can compare, not adjectives.

04

Find more of what works. Similarity search across everything collected: “show me content like this winner” — planning by search, not by scrolling.

05

Briefs, not decks. The output is a working brief for the next piece: what to hook with, what to promise, what to keep from the last winner. Optionally the loop closes — what you publish flows back in and gets scored.

Performance-marketing analytics

Every channel in one store. LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, organic posting — pulled by API into one database (Supabase, or the warehouse you already have), same fields, same day. No more four ad managers with four versions of the truth.

Creative and campaign scoring. The same statistical honesty pointed at your ads: which creative, audience and channel actually earn — measured against your baseline, not the platform’s averages.

Dashboards people actually open. Metabase, Power BI, Looker Studio — or whatever your team already reads: spend, results and the “why” on one screen, refreshed without anyone assembling it.

Why the numbers are honest

Most content and ad analytics lie by accident. Ours is built around four rules:

Your own baseline.

80k views is a breakthrough for one account and a slow day for another — every score is relative to that account’s own history, so “viral” means viral for you.

Age brackets.

A day-old video is never compared with a month-old one — each piece competes inside its own age group, so fresh content isn’t punished for being fresh.

Medians, not averages.

One lucky outlier drags every average up and makes normal content look like failure — medians keep the baseline sane.

Cohorts before conclusions.

Formats, topics and campaigns are compared inside comparable groups — so “this works” means it won against a fair reference, not against everything ever posted.

When this system says “winner,” it’s a statistical claim, not an opinion.

Who this is for

A team producing short-form content at volume, with no shared answer to “what’s actually working?”

A team running ads on two or three platforms, with the numbers scattered across ad managers that don’t agree with each other.

A brand whose content strategy lives in one creator’s head — and needs to survive them.

An agency that owes clients competitive analysis with real structure behind it.

Anyone planning next month’s content or budget from raw platform dashboards.

What you get

The collection pipeline running on your accounts, your competitors’ and your ad channels. Scoring that’s documented — every formula explainable to your team, nothing “proprietary” you can’t check. Dashboards the whole team reads. Briefs your producers can shoot from. And a clean handoff — the system is yours.

Not a subscription.
